Overcome Your Shyness by being Flexible

Shyness is not a bad thing to have, when we can still be shy about something, that means we are normal human being. But there are times when we shy about something because our false self-judgment. And when we fail to overcomes it, that shyness made our world seems to be a world where we can’t live happily because of what we are.

Actually, shyness it’s not a difficult thing to overcome. Because sometimes we become shy over our own condition, that shouldn’t be a problem in the first place. Just like when you were talking to somebody new, or somebody pretty/handsome and special, you might get shy over her/him and your tongue got stiff.

The worst part is when your shyness made you talk like an answering machine. That was a very ineffective ways of communicating. It is common for shy people to answer a question this way
