What is NLP? Definition and History

When the first time I’ve heard about NLP, I can’t stop asking in my mind about “What is NLP?” since many people from the human resources department is buzzing about how NLP can work through some issues and tune up someone’s working performance, some even said that it can be used on dating activities. Pretty interesting aren’t they? 
After doing some Google research, I finally came to understand that NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) is some science about how people behave developed by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in 1970′s era. Of course it’s not just any ordinary behavioural science, NLP focused on defining the language structure and behaviours usage that will give people excellent results in what they do. (more…)
