We already talked about what is Reiki in my previous post. Through Reiki healing, we can heal our physical, emotional and mental symptoms / problems as well as developing our spirituality for any Reiki practitioner that interested on walking their spiritual path.

Different Reiki Tradition sometimes have different Reiki levels. Some tradition only have 3 levels, where the third level is the Reiki Master level which grant the ability to perform Reiki attunement. And some Reiki tradition have 4 levels, where the Third Reiki level consists of 3A level and 3B level (give abilities to perform Reiki Attunement).

Continuing my last post about Reiki Healing Art, we’ll talk about Reiki attunement in this post. As I said before, any person could become a Reiki practitioner and began channeling and flowing Reiki energies through their palms simply by initiating an intent to flow Reiki after they got a Reiki Attunement.

The commonly used magic words is “Reiki, flow” and then you began to feel the Rei Ki energies flows out through your palm. Even when you can’t feel the Reiki energy flow, as long as you were attuned by a qualified master, and you let the energy flow, I guaranteed that Rei Ki energy is flowing when you say the magic words.

Ok, let’s get back to the Reiki Attunement topics. A Reiki Attunement is a process of opening / cleaning your chakras (energi center) and energy pathways in your body so that Reiki Divine Energies can be channelled through your Crown Chakra (more…)

Reiki is a form of hands on healing art. To heal a symptom with Reiki, a Reiki practitioner only need to channel Reiki energies by saying “Reiki, flow” in their mind, and place their hands on the body part they wanted to give Reiki for healing stimulation.

The name “Reiki” itself consists of Rei (Universe) and Ki (energy, life force), which means Reiki is a life force from the universe. Reiki also oftenly called “Divine Energies”, and many people utilize Reiki as a means of spiritual development.

In where I live, emotional intelligence became a trend since 8 years ago. Many people began to talk about emotional intelligence importance to be successful in life. At that time, I don’t have any idea about emotional intelligence definition. The concept that grasped by my mind was that emotional intelligence is the intelligence to tackle emotional problems caused by several difficult or tense situation.
